I want to build a 2nd brain with MyMemo. To do this, subfolders or tags would be very helpful. Having collections is one thing, but I would love to see folders for more structure within the collections: Eg Collection: Projects - subfolder- new website Or Tags: new website - tag projects this way I can search in a collection / folder / tag vs searching the whole library - gives me simpler access to what I need once the project is done i can move it to resources or archives Check out BASB by Tiago Forte

create a collection automatically if it does not exist depending on what is added (eg: if we add a business video then, it will automatically create a business collection and put the video in it etc)

I'm a MyMind user and MyMemo seems to be a clone worth considering. I know Safari does not have the lion's share of the browser market, but I use it as my default for browsing while I use Chrome for web design and development. I realize you have to follow the data, but I'm here to throw in a request to put this on your product roadmap. Hopefully, other Safari users will see this and find this question helpful.

If I have created a note, or added a web page - it would be great to be able to add other media to that Memo, in addition to Notes - eg add multiple images to one note

As an Anthropologist I use to make interviews amd make a transcription of them. I you implemented audio recordings and transcription it would be a Field diary. Also would be nice to record video and make some survey (Likert, multiple selection, text input). It would be the perfect recolection tool. Best regards, Sergio Poblete

Migrating bookmarks from Safari into MyMemo would resolve a user pain point and lower user switching costs. That said, there's no MacOS Safari extension or some way to add MyMemo to Apple's "Share Sheet" menu--this a major friction point and barrier to new user acquisition. Also, one of your top competitors is Mem: https://help.mem.ai. Every feature they have that you don't--e.g. Voice Mode and Heads Up...consider adding to ensure you stay competitive and potentially capture more market share. Additional competition to watch: https://betterstacks.com, and https://elephas.app. Stacks is building out their ecosystem--it already includes a browser Copilot and Elephas wins with Apple integration, acceptable source types, and the "outputs" users can get e.g. presentations can be created from a user's knowledge, data visuals, etc. are other "outputs"/"deliverables" provided to users. Don't delay! Seize the first mover advantage and update!
